The Bunk House

The Bunk House provides everything needed for a night, weekend, or extended stay. The Quapaw suite contains a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice-maker, television, DVD player and a queen size bed. The bunk room is graced with two twin over full beds, which will accommodate six. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and plenty of counter space. There is cable television and wireless internet as well as a washer and dryer, and walk in closet.

There is also a large collection of inspirational reading material and fun family games. The swimming pool has been closed for the season, but a hot tub is now ready for guests, conveniently located on the porch! Rocking chairs and a fire pit provide the perfect setting for roasting marshmallows and making "smores".

Romantic Get-a-way – We will provide a Chocolate Rose, Sparkling apple or grape juice, hot tub, and breakfast. ).    $149.00 per night

FYI: Bricktown is less than 30 minutes away! Bricktown contains many restaurants, sports venues, theaters, river boat rides and  horse/buggy rides.

Business Traveler– Monday -Thursday – (Single person) Continental breakfast and hot tub.  Call for corporate rate.

Family Reunions – Multiple Day Lodging.  The Bunkhouse sleeps 10.  We will provide breakfast only.  Other meals would need to be provided by the guests themselves. Call for a quote! 

Birthday Parties– Hayride (weather permitting), wiener roast fire-pit, smores, story telling, roping contest, horseshoe toss, swimming (warm-weather only), and video games.  (Saturday nights excluded)  Two adults and 8 children for one night and breakfast. $250

Additional costs : You may wish to bring your own party food & cake or we will cater for an extra charge.

Family Get Away - A family of 4 for $159 the first night and $100 each additional night.

Policies

 We accept, cash, travelers checks, Visa and Mastercard. Business checks will be accepted with prior approval.

For advance reservations, we allow 48 hours from the day of reservation for cancellation without penalty. After 48 hours, all cancellationswill be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than two weeks from the date of arrival will be charged one night's room rate. Cancellations within 48 hours will charged the entire amount of stay.

Family rates apply to a single family up to four. Additional charges will be applied to larger families based on the age of the additional children.

Our check-in time is 4-8 pm. Special arrangements are available by request. We prefer you to check-out by noon.

No inside pets are allowed except for service animals.(We'll gladly supply the names of veterinary/kennels nearby.)

 NO SMOKING allowed. A $250 Re-conditioning fee will apply to your bill if you smoke inside the guesthouse. No consumption of alcohol allowed on the property.
